Prepare these documents to streamline your home loan application.
Identity & Personal
- Certified copy of ID document (both spouses if married)
- Proof of residential address (utility bill, not older than 3 months)
- Marriage certificate or divorce order (if applicable)
- Antenuptial contract (if applicable)
Income & Employment
- Latest 3 months payslips
- Latest 3 months bank statements
- Letter of employment (not older than 3 months)
- If self-employed: 2 years financials, 6 months bank statements, latest IT34
Property & Purchase
- Signed Offer to Purchase (OTP)
- Transfer duty receipt (if applicable)
- Copy of title deed
Additional Documents
- Proof of deposit payment (if applicable)
- Existing bond statement (if applicable)
- Rates clearance certificate
