Structural Warranty
All Kiron Properties homes come with a structural warranty covering the foundation, walls, and roof structure. This warranty protects against major structural defects for a specified period after handover.
Reporting Repairs
If you notice any defects or issues with your home, please report them as soon as possible. Contact our maintenance team via WhatsApp or email with photos and a description of the issue.
Claims Process

- 3Provide your unit number, development name, and description of the problem
- 4Our team will assess and schedule a repair within the warranty terms
- 5A technician will be dispatched to address the issue
What Is Covered
- Structural defects (foundations, walls, roof)
- Plumbing issues within warranty period
- Electrical faults from original installation
- Waterproofing failures
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by homeowner modifications
- Cosmetic issues after handover
- Damage from natural disasters or acts of God
- Issues caused by lack of maintenance
